Why We’re Proud to Partner with the Coast Guard Tactical Law Enforcement Association’s New Orleans Chapter
At Puddle Pirate Co., our mission is to celebrate the legacy of the U.S. Coast Guard while fostering unity and giving back to the community. One of the most meaningful ways we live out this mission is by partnering with organizations that directly support the Coast Guard family. That’s why we’re honored to collaborate with the Coast Guard Tactical Law Enforcement Association’s (CGTLEA) New Orleans Chapter during their upcoming golf outing on March 28th.
The CGTLEA is an exceptional organization dedicated to providing critical support to Deployable Specialized Forces families during their times of greatest need. This mission hits especially close to home for us. In 2016, I lost a close friend and former crewman to suicide. The financial assistance his family received from the CGTLEA during that devastating time was a lifeline, offering stability and support when it was needed most. Their generosity and commitment left a profound impact on me, and partnering with them now feels like a full-circle moment—a chance to give back to an organization that has given so much to others.
This March, Puddle Pirate will be sponsoring a hole during the CGTLEA New Orleans Chapter’s golf outing. Additionally, we’re launching a special New Orleans-inspired shirt design, created to honor the city and the incredible Coast Guard community it represents. With every shirt sold, 10% of the proceeds will go directly to the CGTLEA’s New Orleans Chapter to help fund their vital work.
This partnership isn’t just about raising money—it’s about supporting an organization that provides stability and hope to Coast Guard families during their most challenging times.
